CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary
Must be 18 years of age or older to play contest.
One winner per household throughout the duration of contest. Winners are also eligible to participate in other DANJ (DiningAroundNewJersey.com) promotions and contests in accordance with DANJ General Contest rules.
The winners will be announced at www.DiningAroundNewJersey.com on
February 28, 2006
Any person winning over $600 in prizes/cash from DANJ will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
All participants and winner(s) waive any and all claims against DiningAroundNewJersey.com, and each of their agents, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns, for any injuries, accidents, misfortunes, losses, damages, or causes of action, arising from or in connection with participation in the contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize(s)
Winner (s) must use their legal name when playing contests or claiming prizes and may not win any contest under an assumed name. Winner(s) will be disqualified and prize(s) forfeited if they are found playing under an assumed name or alias.
DANJ is not responsible for any mechanical disconnections (telephone service, internet service, computer, electronic), which may limit a viewer to participate in the contest.
If after a contestant is declared a winner, it is determined that the winner failed to meet the requirements, disqualification and relinquishment of prize could result.
DiningAroundNewJesrey.com reserves the right to change contest rules and or dates at any time without additional notice.
DANJ is considered the judge. Judge's decisions are final.
DANJ reserves the right to end or modify contest at any time without additional notice or further compensation required.
